Option 1 (Elite Listing Program)
This Program offers you all the service, but not all the cost with our $279 retainer fee. With IDX (Internet Data Exchange) plus MLS service, your home will be where the agents and their buyers are looking. Your total real estate commission at closing is 3.95%
- Buyer Agent = 3.0%
- Listing Agent = .95%

Your Dane Warren Real Estate Team Member will load your home into
the Multiple Listing Service w/8 jpeg,s for our flat $279 retainer fee. $99 Processing fee will be added the Day you close on your home.
